Volunteer
Our volunteers work remotely, providing assistance to people in crisis and managing administrative portfolios. They assist over the phone, in chat rooms, and at classroom and community events, as well as in training rooms.
They engage in dialogue with callers who require help, de-escalating immediate crises and offering compassionate, non-judgmental support through active listening, collaborative problem-solving, and safety planning. By providing this crucial support, volunteers have a positive impact on the mental health journeys of those in need.
